Thanksgiving and Black Friday
So, yesterday was Thanksgiving. I made green bean casserole again and this year, I accidentally made it too salty. My poor brother didn’t want to hurt my feelings and forced himself to eat most of it! My family was beautiful even though they can’t stop making fun of my “Bruce Lee” hair cut! Black Friday this year will be interesting. I’m working at the salon and preparing for REU applications but am hoping to find some Easytone Reebok shoes! Ninja Assasin is out and I’m not sure if I’m ready for the blood gushing, flying ninja stars and nunchucks! Today is also Anna’s birthday! I’m sure this date is permanently engraved to my brain because when we were younger, she would count down to it every year to make sure we didn’t forget! Success! :) I love my family and friends. I am grateful for them and for Ricky. I am thankful for the last year, for everything I was able to experience, good and bad. I am thankful for my life and my soul and my ability to gain memories and knowledge. Thank you God for we all are blessed! These kinds of entries are the kind that I would enjoy reading after a year or so. I hope I’ll feel the same after so long.
